Nina Nicole Kapsoff of Red Bluff, California passed away on 08/29/2025 at the age of 65. Nina was born to Olga and Fedor Kapsoff on 07/07/1960, in California. Nina served her country faithfully as an Army officer. After her service in the military, Nina worked as a caregiver for seven years.

Nina is survived by her mother, Olga Kapsoff; her sister, Zena Kapsoff; and her brother, Nikolai Kapsoff.
