Rita Marie Giroux was born in Maine on January 3, 1934 to parents Joseph and Irene Brown. She passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 91.

Ritas had a long career with the school system as a food manager.

She is survived by her son Warren Giroux, and daughter, Gail Cone. Her husband, Wally Giroux predeceased her.

She will be placed in a cremation niche at Northern California Veterans Cemetery in a private ceremony, reuniting her with Wally, who is already placed there.
