Shirley "Joy" Shipman of Lake California (Cottonwood), passed away on August 29th, 2021 at the age of 88. She is survived by her husband James Shipman. Her children James Jr, Loran Shipman, Arenda Brace, Candace Carvajal, and Kimberly Shipman, and her sister Gaynel Narvasted. Also leaving behind 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

She was born to Namon and Elda Clements on April 29th 1933.
